1. General

These terms govern access to Clerizo services located at Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Ave, Singapore 018956 (Business ID S6590344A). By using this site or contacting us at +6584170142, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Clerizo offers tailored accounting document services. Scheduling can be modified up to 24 hours before the appointment. To request a schedule change, please use our contact form.

Service fees are generally non-refundable due to the custom preparation involved. If Clerizo initiates a postponement, the fee may be converted into a credit for a future date.

3. Information Products

Information products such as digital guides and templates are delivered electronically. You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if download access has not been fully used. Refunds will be processed through the original transaction process within 10 business days. After this period, all sales are final.

Delivery is deemed complete upon the first download attempt and access logs are used to verify eligibility.

4. Goods

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, notify Clerizo within 5 days of receipt. Approved damaged items may be exchanged or refunded upon inspection. Refunds are issued within 15 business days from approval.

5. Refund Policy

Clerizo strives for client satisfaction. All refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis:

• Accounting document services: Fees are non-refundable, though in exceptional cases partial credits may be issued for future services.
• Information products: Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to access criteria.
• Goods: Damaged goods may be exchanged or refunded if reported within 5 days of delivery, pending verification.

Refunds are provided via the original transaction channel and may require up to 15 business days to process. Credits for future services expire 6 months after issuance.

6. Termination

Clerizo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to clerizo.com or related services at any time for breach of these terms.
